I've always loved art and making. But it wasn't until college that it clicked: what I really love is making things for people, and about people. I'm a little obsessed with the puzzle of it, digging into a problem, finding the idea, and making something that makes life a bit easier.
Ideation and creative problem-solving are my favorite part, and the fact that design never stops changing is exactly why I love it.
I bring a lot of energy to a team. I'm a good communicator, I'm always hunting for a newer, better way to do something, and I'm genuinely not afraid of a bad idea, because bad ideas are usually how you find the good ones. I also don't take myself too seriously, which tends to make the work more fun for everyone.
At the bottom of it, I just have a love of craft in all forms. I love making things that get used. A website, a system, or a wonky ceramic bowl.
When I'm not designing, I'm usually still making something, or outside. Hover around and have a look.

I love meeting people who care about craft and aren't afraid of a messy, collaborative, experimental process. Whether it's a project, a collaboration, or just a conversation about design, my inbox is open.
